You are cordially invited to join us for Jackson County Arts Council’s 1st annual Dinner Dance and Art Auction on Friday, September 8 from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm at the Commerce Civic Center in Commerce, Georgia. It is called “Kaleidoscope”!

We are expecting over 200 supporters of the arts to attend this event and you will have the opportunity to meet and greet other local artists and art collectors. Guests will enjoy dinner and drinks, dance music by a local favorite, The Fly Betty Band, and a chance to bid on outstanding local art.

Work that does not sell or meet the reserve price during the auction, will be displayed and available for sale the following day. The exhibit will be free and open to the public from 10:00am until 5:00pm on September 9.

Artists whose works have been chosen for the auction will be featured in the program and on our Facebook page, Jackson County Arts Council, GA. We encourage artists to attend the “Meet and Greet” event on Saturday at 1:00pm upstairs at the Commerce Civic Center. Tickets for participating artists are only $50.

Proceeds from Kaleidoscope will help fund JCAC’s community art programs such as our free, countywide, student art show, “Celebrate the Arts”, our Second Tuesday series, and various community activities such as painting fire hydrants in down town Commerce.
