About Return and Exchange

1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.

2. There won't be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. we do not refund the price difference if you exchanged lower priced products. For refund cases, the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. But if it is our fault, you get full refund. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.

3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.

4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.

You will then be asked to enter your details in order to create a returns label. Please note it is important that you enter your correct order number to prevent any delays.
Once you’ve submitted your details a label will be generated, please download and print the label. If you do not have access to a printer the label can be printed for you at a Royal Mail Customer Service Point.
Please remember to enclose your order form with the product and original packaging, including any labels or tags, and package it securely.
Finally attach the label securely to your parcel, making sure you cover any original labels, and take this into a Royal Mail Post Office store.

Please note that it will take up to two working days for us to receive your return and up to five working days during a bank holiday.

Non-returnable items
A product will only be accepted for exchange or refund if it is returned unworn, undamaged and in new condition. All body piercing jewellery is dispatched in clear plastic bags and sealed with a tamper proof label which allows customers to view the items and still make use of our fantastic returns policy However, we will not exchange or refund any item of body piercing jewellery if we believe that the sealed packaging has been opened or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item has been engraved we are unable to offer an exchange or provide a full refund. We will, however, offer a 50% refund.
Please Note: If a bracelets has been cut in order to fit the customer's wrist, we are unable to offer an exchange or provide a refund.

Some of the bespoke or engraved items offered on our website are made specially for you and as such are offered as a service. Such items once made cannot be resold and so we only offer a 50% refund on them except in the instance where the fault was ours where we offer a full refund.

About Cancelling

We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.

1. For instock orders, please contact us within 8 hours the minute you finish the payment.
2. For custom orders, please contact us within 24 hours the minute you finish the payment.
3. Please click contact us at the bottom of our website, choose the department you require and submit your information there, we will write back to you at the first time as soon as we receive your e-mail. Overdue, a handling fee will be charged.
4. Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched

About Refund

Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. Reimburse will be issued to your original account upon we well have your return. Usually, it takes 7 working days. please check your account by then. Sometimes there might be a delay in the refund to be processed. Please bear in mind that this is because we usually handle returns twice a week. Your understanding will be appreciated!
